Getting started

Getting your plan is an easy process and just takes a few days. You can check my pricing below. If that’s something you can afford and you’re willing to commit to my coaching, you can email me by clicking the contact button at the end of this page.

After you’ve shown interest, we can arrange a video-call for you to ask any questions you may have about my services. Alternatively, we can also discuss it by email or instant messaging. After all your questions have been answered, I’ll send you a questionnaire for you to fill. This takes some time to complete, but don’t rush it. It provides crucial information for me to be able to give you an effective and personalized plan.

After I receive your questionnaire, I will have the all the information necessary, and I'll send you your plan in a few days, depending on my availability at the time. The plan will come in a Google Drive spreadsheet. It shows you all that you’re required to do, and allows you to log your training and nutrition. The plan is organized by weeks, and you will receive a new weekly plan each weekend for the following week. This enables easy adjustments as needed from week to week.

You will also have the password for the client page on this website, which gives you access to several documents that explain what you need to do, how to follow the plan, and some extra resources.

We will also have a private Facebook group just for the two of us. This makes it easier to post your weekly summary videos, progress pictures, and lifting videos for technique analysis.

You will have access to my email and social media, which you can message me at anytime for any questions or difficulties that may arise.

Pricing

The payment is done by PayPal, and the 3, 6 and 12-month durations are paid up-front. The monthly rate is only to give you an idea of how much you’re paying in each option.

 
 

I highly recommend getting at least the 3 months option. Getting results takes time, and there is generally little we can accomplish in a month or two. In addition, the more time we work together, the better the results will be. Successful coaching requires experience between the client and the coach, to figure out what works the best. Nevertheless, I understand some may be apprehensive of a longer commitment, so a monthly option is also available.

Besides the longer duration, two extra discounts are available:

  • Students - If you’re currently enrolled in University I will take 15% off every plan.

  • Double sign-up - If you bring a friend with you, I will take 25% off both plans.
